Get Card

Fetch a single card's summary; masked PAN, balance, and status.

GET /v1/cards/:tracking_id

Use this endpoint to

Check a card's current status (e.g., confirm it's reached active)
Display a card's masked PAN and balance to a customer
Poll a card after issuance instead of waiting for the webhook
